Kim Charteris-Wright

Kim has over 25 years of experience as a consultant, facilitator, trainer and coach in human resources, change management, people, organisational development and training. She is an Owner & Director of Free Spirit Training & Development Ltd, specialising in personal, team & leadership development both within New Zealand and overseas. Kim has supported Bex and the Firebrand team since it’s inception in 2009 and supports the team in an advisory capacity on people and culture.
